Our knowledge and experience in working with NEC & JCT contracts emphasised the importance of the programme as the fundamental reporting mechanisms which gives the visibility for work progress, payments claims and possible delay mitigation.

Programme Development & Management

Contract Programme

It is crucial to get the programme developed accurately from the start which will form the basis of the project delivery and also become part of the commitment to the contract with your client. The Contract programme will form part of the Contract documentation depending on the Form of Contract that you are entering into. We have the expertise to assist you in developing this Contract Programme.

Submission Programme

It is vital on all NEC projects to have an Accepted Programme in place. The programme can be resource & cost loaded as per your requirement. We monitor and update the programme on a regular basis using Earn Value Management to see if the programme is on schedule. We raise the alarm if any activities on the critical path or near critical path are delayed or has potential for delay. We then work on mitigation measures to endeavour to get the project on schedule which may require the preparation of Acceleration Programme.

Delay & Impacted Programme

If any Early Warning Notice(EWN)/Notification of Compensation Event(NCE) & etc is going to or has impacted negatively on the programme with regards to time, we assess the NCEs and prepare Delay & Impacted Programme for submission for Extension of Time. We do our best endeavour to stop the project from needing to go to adjudication or arbitration to resolve project delay. We have expert knowledge of Contract Law & Arbitration which we apply to mitigate any potential delays.

Reports

We do periodic reports with narratives for you as agreed with your Client for submission as per Clause 32 for NEC contracts. We also do Lookahead Programme, Sub-contractor Programme Analysis, Critical & Near Critical Activities Reports and any other reports as required by your company.

Develop the Construction Programmes/Schedules from Business Plan into projects and activities using Primavera P6 by establishing a standard coding system for all projects using EPS, WBS and OBS in Primavera P6 for Bucks County Council - Transport for Buckinghamshire. Then continuously analysing, controlling, monitoring and updating of information and budget allocations for projects using Primavera P6.

Bouygues UK

Developing comprehensive logic-linked project schedule using Primavera P6 as per NEC3 contract to support the successful project delivery and ensuring that the programme managed were regularly updated and reviewed for Programme Acceptance submission to the Clients ie. Cambridge Assessment for Triangle Project and University of Cambridge for Cavendish Lab. Reviewing subcon programme submitted in all format.

Arcadis/EC Harris

Preparation of comprehensive schedules using Primavera P6 for the implementation of works spanning over 2014 – 2019 with regular updating and maintaining of the High Level Q6 Lead Plan Schedule for Heathrow's Q6 - Master Planning & Capacity. Development of detailed schedules for specific business cases incorporating budget for earned value forecasting, reporting and monitoring the programmes prepared to accurately reflect progress and maintain accurate earned value using Primavera P6.

Time delay analysis and preparation of the Delay Analysis Programme as part of Expert Witness Report for a Building Project in London using JCT contract.
Preparation of Delay Analysis Programmes for Network Rail as part of Time Related Preliminary Costs Report for the Nominated Contractor using a variation of NEC3 contract using Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject & MS Project.
