CAREER PROFILE

Over 33 years work experience in Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls in the construction, transportation, aviation and telecommunication industry across Asia, Middle East and UK with a proven track record of working on complex multidisciplinary projects requiring portfolio, programme and project planning capabilities which were completed successfully. An expert user of Primavera P6 and a competent user of other planning software namely, ASTA Powerproject with BIM addon and MS Project, with expert knowledge of NEC3, JCT and FIDIC contracts. Did some work as a Forensic Planner and Delay Analyst after completing her master’s degree in Construction Law and Arbitration but in the last 8 years has come back to doing project planning works and is implementing these knowledge/experience gained on the projects that she works on.

• Implementation of Planning and Scheduling Systems – Setting up of Primavera P6 & ASTA Powerproject toolset in line with the Programme Control Process to enable reporting of the KPI and other key milestones.
• Expert knowledge of NEC, JCT & FIDIC.
• Earned Value Analysis and Management – Critical path analysis, resource modelling, programme risk analysis and KPI / milestone reporting.
• Time Delay Analysis, preparation of the Delay Analysis Programmes and preparation of Report Narratives forming part of Adjudication, Mediation or Dispute Resolution Report. 
• Strategic Portfolio, Programme and Project Planning - Proven track record in complex multidisciplinary and multi-project interface planning for some of the largest and most exciting capital investment projects including Heathrow Q6 Strategic Programme.
